PlaybookM

Our Commitment

PlaybookM is committed to making our platform and marketing website usable for the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We design and develop with accessibility in mind and continue to improve our product as we learn.

Conformance Target

We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.

Measures We Take

  • Semantic HTML and ARIA attributes for assistive technologies
  • Keyboard navigability for primary flows
  • Sufficient color contrast for text and interactive elements
  • Resizable text and responsive layouts
  • Accessible form labels, error messages, and focus states
  • Periodic accessibility reviews as part of our development process

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of PlaybookM may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations include certain data visualizations, third-party embeds, and legacy components that are undergoing remediation. We welcome reports of issues so we can prioritize fixes.

Assistive Technology Compatibility

PlaybookM is designed to be compatible with recent versions of major browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) and commonly used assistive technologies, including screen readers such as VoiceOver, NVDA, and JAWS.
